- SSJ provides you a SIM card for the duration of the contract duration. The Sim includes __ GB data per month and Japanese Phone number. The plan includes phone call for 5 min per each call. If you exceed the time, SSJ charges you for the extra fee. International call is not available.
- Airport Limousine
- Airport limousines are available from the airport (Tokyo International Airport or Narita International Airport) to customer’s temporary accommodation in Tokyo. No extra charge is required for the service.
- Temporal accommodation reservation support
- SSJ can support you to reserve temporary accommodation for the first two weeks. SSJ provides information. This service does not include actual cost for the accommodation.
- Arrangement of translator
- SSJ can support arranging translators including business, daily, and medical. The actual cost of the translator is charged to the customer.
- Reservation of restaurant
- SSJ can help customers reserve a restaurant. Customer can make reservation where reservation requires Japanese speaking skill

FAQs
What currency would I get billed in?
All of your transactions are billed in Japanese Yen.
Do I need ID to get Japanese phone numbers?
Japanese law requires that we must collect ID from users of Japan Voice SIM cards (SIM cards with Japanese phone numbers attached) to prevent frauds. If you are picking up your SIM in Japan, you can simply show your passport when you collect. You must present your full valid current passport, not a copy or scan.
How do I know if my phone is unlocked?
In case you purchased your smartphone as an “unlocked” or “SIM Free” device from a retailer, then your device is almost certainly unlocked.
